Job Description We are seeking a

Senior Compensation Partner

to join our Total Rewards team. This high-impact individual contributor role is responsible for shaping and executing our global compensation strategy across cash and equity programs. This role goes beyond program management—you will serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, delivering data-driven insights, building scalable compensation infrastructure, and ensuring our programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned to business performance.

What You’ll Do Partner & Advise

Serve as a strategic compensation partner to HR Business and Talent Acquisition Partners

Provide guidance on offers, promotions, internal mobility, and pay decisions

Translate market data and internal insights into clear, actionable recommendations

Teach HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition partners how to self-serve their recommendations using AI, company architecture, and other compensation tools.

Analyze & Deliver Insights

Lead market pricing, benchmarking, and job evaluation activities

Conduct position-to-market and pay competitiveness analysis

Develop monthly reporting and dashboards to support hiring, workforce planning, and compensation decisions

Deliver clear, executive-ready insights that inform business strategy

Leverage AI to automate, optimize and scale

Design Compensation Programs

Support the design and evolution of compensation programs, including:

Salary structures

Bonus and incentive plans

Equity grant strategies (new hire, refresh, retention)

Ensure programs are competitive, scalable, and aligned to company goals

Own Compensation Systems

Own and manage Pave as our compensation system

Translate compensation strategy into system workflows and configurations

Ensure data integrity and enable self-service access for HR, managers, and employees

Lead Compensation Cycles

Support and execute annual compensation processes, including:

Merit increases

Bonus planning

Promotions

Equity refresh cycles

Build scalable processes, tools, and governance to ensure consistency

Support Equity Programs

Partner on equity strategy and planning, including new hire and retention grants

Track equity usage against available pool and support annual planning

Collaborate with internal partners and the Stock Administrator on grant execution and reporting

Own and manage Shareworks as our equity management system

What You Bring

8+ years of experience in corporate compensation (global experience required)

Strong expertise in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and program design

Working knowledge of equity compensation programs

Experience with compensation systems (Pave strongly preferred)

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Strong communication and partnership skills

AI-curiosity and developing -> strong competency
