Starting at $65 000+ per year, negotiable based on experience. This position is also eligible for a yearly bonus and comes with a company vehicle. Benefits

Direct communication with customers to ensure excellent service throughout the project. Manage and schedule direct report carpenters. Communicate technical issues and troubleshooting assignments to the Regional Construction Manager. Ensure the timely acquisition of materials, supplies, permits, licenses, and inspections by foremen and carpenters. Ensure the timely and quality completion of all construction and carpentry projects. Maintain adherence to construction scope, time and material specifications, and report any discrepancies. Assist in change order estimating, approval process, and documentation. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment. Ensure productivity of all construction division employees. Review job cost reports to monitor labor and material expenses. Schedule, price, and monitor subcontractor performance. Comply with all verbal and written safety practices, including PPE use and maintenance. Read and understand MSDSs for chemicals that require special handling. Adhere to and enforce all company policies specified in the Employee Handbook and DSI safety manual. Drive the company vehicle to customer sites. Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state, and local regulations, company, and customer quality standards, while providing world‑class customer service. Keep the jobsite clean and neat, leaving a first‑class impression. Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure services are delivered on time, above expectations, professionally, and with empathy, including participation in an on‑call rotation (some nights and weekend assignments). Perform other duties as required, which may include functions outside the scope of normal duties. Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Minimum 5 years hands‑on construction experience. 2 years project management experience (preferred). Strong remodeling/restoration experience (preferred). Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. Ability to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
