REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and residential real estate transactions, title review, and closing processes. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage real estate documents including purchase and sale agreements, leases, deeds, and closing statements
Conduct title and survey reviews and coordinate with title companies and surveyors
Assist attorneys in preparing for closings and attend closings when necessary
Perform due diligence, including reviewing zoning, environmental, and corporate documents
Maintain and organize transaction files and ensure compliance with deadlines
Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions
Support post-closing activities, including document recording and file management

Job Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a real estate paralegal
Strong knowledge of real estate law, title insurance, and closing procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Paralegal certification or equivalent education preferred
