Your Role As the Property Manager, you’ll be responsible and accountable for the on‑site operations and performance of the properties. You’ll direct property operations, manage budgets, maintain occupancy levels, and lead a dedicated team to ensure excellence in community living.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and direct property operations and staff efficiently.
Develop and manage annual budgets to achieve financial objectives.
Maintain occupancy levels and oversee all marketing and leasing activities.
Hire, motivate, and develop staff, addressing any employee relations issues.
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
Supervise rent collection, bank deposits, and pursue delinquent rents.
Foster positive resident relations and enforce community rules.
Oversee maintenance, repairs, and landscaping activities.
Collaborate with the Regional Supervisor to achieve budget goals.
What You Bring
A high school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of property management experience.
CAM, ARM, or similar certification recommended.
Strong language skills to communicate effectively with staff and residents.
Proficiency in basic math and problem‑solving skills.
Intermediate skills in MS Office and property management software.
