Fulfillment Specialist
to help support our field team by managing and streamlining the flow of parts to ultimately serve the customer!
Job Summary As the
Fulfillment Specialist , you’ll play a vital role in sourcing, tracking, and distributing the parts our teammates need. You’ll handle warranty checks, work with multiple vendors and distributors, and help keep our parts inventory organized and well-stocked.
Key Responsibilities
Check equipment and part warranties for service jobs.
Source parts and materials from multiple vendors, distributors, and warehouse locations.
Communicate with suppliers to ensure availability, accurate pricing, and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory levels by receiving, stocking, organizing, and cycle-counting parts.
Fulfill teammate replenishment orders and coordinate timely restocking of service van inventory.
Track, monitor, and document part orders using our internal systems.
Work closely with service managers, dispatchers, and technicians to meet daily and weekly parts needs.
Assist with general warehouse and logistics operations as needed.
Qualifications
Entry-level role with in-house training.
No prior experience in parts sourcing/fulfillment is required, although welcomed.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable using inventory software, spreadsheets, and vendor portals.
Solid communication skills for coordinating with internal staff and outside vendors.
Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
