The Personal Lines Account Manager regularly interacts with new and existing clients as needed on the most complex accounts. Job Type Full‑time

Responsibilities & Requirements

Manage a book of insurance business.

Use experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs regarding coverage and costs.

Collect and analyze client information.

Regularly interact with clients in a professional and timely manner.

Assist the Producers for new and existing clients as needed.

Achieve established sales goals.

Provide marketing expertise.

Provide networking opportunities.

All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong presentation skills.

Strong negotiation skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Required Qualifications

Active property and casualty license.

2–5 years of personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience.

Experience with cross‑selling and upselling.

College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Insurance sales experience.
