At the Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. This position provides support to management for Records Management, Document Control, Information Clearance and Release, and Information Protection Program functions, including, but not limited to, the implementation of policies, procedures, methods, and processes designed to enhance the company's information management position and company operations.

Provide Records and Information Management Operations support to management and CPCCo personnel.

Customer assistance with all aspects of records management, receipt and processing of records for electronic conversion, retirement of hard copy records, coordination and participation in records collection efforts, and retrieval of records from electronic and hard copy repositories.

Utilize Hanford Local Area Network (HLAN) based software applications to perform entry, searching, retrieval, and provide user training and assistance when required. Related applications include at a minimum Integrated Document Management System (IDMS), Document Management Control System (DMCS), and Records Management Access Portal (RMAP).

Demonstrate creativity, adaptive thinking, comprehension, and mature judgment in anticipating and/or solving complex or novel issues.

Promote and provide excellent external and internal customer service, based on routine or expedient demands. Daily operations require multi-tasking capabilities.

Support the management team in timely and quality closure of actions. Successfully manage priorities, special projects, deadlines, routine workloads, and delegation oversight.

Occasionally participate in projects for other Information Management programs, as assigned.

Additional Responsibility This position requires the ability to commute to and work at the Hanford Site (approximately 20-30 minutes from 2620 Fermi Ave, Richland, WA). Reliable transportation and the ability to regularly be onsite are essential for this role.

Basic Qualifications

Intermediate Grade 14: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 2 or more years of relevant experience.

Intermediate Grade 15: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 3 or more years of relevant experience.

Desired Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge and experience regarding Records Management, Document Control, Information Clearance and Release, Information Protection, Controlled Use, Official Use Only (OUO) Identification and Marking, and related contract regulations and requirements, including DOE directives.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in Records Management, Document Control, Information Clearance and Release, and Information Protection at a DOE site is preferred.

Strong knowledge of IDMS, DMCS, and RMAP.

Compensation & Benefits In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.

Intermediate Grade 14: $81,500 - $103,750.

Intermediate Grade 15: $81,500 - $114,100.

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
