Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Outside Sales position located in the Central Valley with some work from home flexibility. The Technical Outside Sales person will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, conducting customer visits, providing product demonstrations, and offering technical support and training. The role also involves negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with our engineering team to develop tailored automation solutions for our clients.
Our business is largely value and solution based, you must be driven and able to work with OEM and MRO customers to help them maximize efficiency and performance.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Communication skills
Sales, Negotiation, and Training skills
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of automation products and solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Experience in Industrial automation or fluid power required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
History of Sales proficiency in a technical, value based setting
