Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant
Are you ready to be a vital member of CentiMark’s sales and marketing team? If you are seeking a role that is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the overall sales and marketing vision and strategy for CentiMark Corporation, then let’s talk! CentiMark, the leading commercial roofing and flooring contractor, is looking for a dynamic, detail‑oriented person to help with the execution of all sales and marketing reporting, monthly analytics, database growth, data entry and other initiatives.
What You’ll Be Up To
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team throughout the organization
Run monthly reports
Compile correspondence and presentations of monthly analytics
Help with the execution of ongoing marketing initiatives
Data entry into Salesforce for database growth, customer maintenance and lead generation
Provide back‑up to the Executive Assistant as required
Work on ad hoc projects as requested
Perform clerical duties as requested and manage the day‑to‑day needs of the office
Manage confidential information
Your Arsenal
Must have 1-3 years administrative experience preferably with a sales and marketing team
Experience with Salesforce, Pardot or similar CRM and marketing automation solutions, highly preferred
Advanced experience with Excel
Individual must be highly detail‑oriented
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Be a proactive self‑starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively with other departments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
