Seasonal Golf Course Set‑Up Attendant | Sunland Golf Club Seasonal Position expected to end on or around October 31st, 2026.

What Success Looks Like: Your Impact
Perform early morning golf course set‑up prior to daily play
Change and accurately place hole locations in accordance with course guidelines
Set tee markers and ensure proper alignment and rotation of teeing areas
Inspect and prepare bunkers, including raking and touch‑ups as needed
Ensure all course accessories (ball washers, divot boxes, signage, water stations) are clean, filled, and properly positioned
Conduct a full course inspection to identify and address any issues impacting playability or safety
Assist with frost delays, weather‑related preparations, and course protection measures
Communicate course conditions or maintenance needs to the Superintendent or management team
Support the grounds crew with additional maintenance tasks as assigned
What You Bring
Prior golf course maintenance or landscaping experience preferred, but not required
General knowledge of the game of golf and course etiquette is a plus
Working knowledge of proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools utilized at the property
Ability to interpret manufacturers literature for installation, preparation, use and maintenance of various materials and products used throughout the property
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
Able and willing to work in inclement weather
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
