Job Responsibility
Review all packaging requirements for customers; design and conceptualize each retailer’s needs
Create packaging specifications and constructed mock-ups for Licensor Requirements
Re-touching of Photos
Incorporate product photos/room setting/lifestyle on the package
Create packaging specifications and constructed mock-ups for client presentation.
Create vivid concept imagery and physical packaging mock-ups for sales presentations to clients.
Must be able to design and layout die lines for new and existing products using Illustrator and Photoshop.
Coordinate design projects as directed through multiple associates from concept to final delivery of assets to factory.

Cross-Functional Leadership Skills and Abilities Qualification
BA Degree in Textiles or Fashion Design, a plus
Strong conceptual design ability and color sense
Proven understanding of the retail market trends
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities
Attention to detail and analytical thinking, ability to apply general concepts to specific problems to produce positive results is a must
Strong documentation and organization skills
Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills
Professional written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Outlook
3D design a plus
