Conduct property showings and orientations for prospective and new tenants.

Organize and oversee move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for tenants.

Assist in managing financial operations, including rent collection, deposit management, and late fee enforcement.

Process invoices and payments to vendors and service providers.

Maintenance and Operations

Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and maintenance staff.

Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Marketing and Leasing

Assist in marketing available properties through various channels to attract potential tenants.

Participate in leasing activities, including negotiating lease terms and conditions.

Help maintain updated property listings and promotional materials.

Administrative Support

Maintain accurate and organized records of all property-related documents, including leases, maintenance records, and financial reports.
