Responsibilities Salesforce Data Analysis & Insights
Extract, clean, and analyze Salesforce data to identify trends, gaps, and strategic opportunities.
Develop dashboards and reporting that provide meaningful, actionable insights for sales and cross-functional leaders.
Deliver data-driven recommendations that shape sales strategy, enhance forecasting accuracy, and strengthen operational performance.
CRM Optimization & CrossFunctional Collaboration
Partner with Salesforce Business Analysts and Developers to ensure CRM tools and enhancements align with organizational goals.
Ensure Salesforce functionality supports streamlined workflows, efficient data capture, and improved sales outcomes.
Support change management activities, including communication, testing, and user adoption planning for CRM updates.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend datadriven improvements that increase accuracy, productivity, and scalability.
Partner with sales leadership to align CRM capabilities with business priorities and strengthen system utilization.
Collaborate across departments to ensure Salesforce is leveraged consistently and effectively throughout the organization.
Influence & Business Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders by translating complex data into clear, compelling insights.
Influence decisionmakers on CRM best practices, data governance expectations, and process changes that support business performance.
Deliver executive-ready analyses and recommendations that shape priorities, guide discussions, and drive alignment across teams.
Bridge communication between technical CRM teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment on priorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in a Salesforce data, analytics, or CRM focused role.
Sales management experience highly desirable, supporting stronger partnership and credibility with commercial leaders.
Proficiency in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Reports & Dashboards).
Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools, and strong Excel skills.
Salesforce Administrator or Analyst certification preferred.
Familiarity with CRM integrations and automation tools.
