YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY
The Executive Recruiter is a senior‑level talent acquisition expert responsible for building and leading Rosendin's executive recruiting capability. This role owns end‑to‑end search delivery for Vice President, Senior Director, Director, and other high‑impact leadership roles across the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own and execute full‑cycle executive searches (VP, Sr. Director, Director, and other key leadership roles).

Build and operationalize Rosendin's executive recruiting processes, including best practices, reporting, tools, and standards.

Develop tailored search strategies using competitive intelligence, market data, and proactive sourcing methodologies.

Cultivate strong, diverse, future‑ready leadership pipelines.

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives, HRBPs, and business leaders on leadership hiring decisions.

Facilitate intake and calibration discussions to align on role expectations, competencies, and success criteria.

Advise executives on talent availability, compensation trends, and market dynamics.

Use data and insight to influence outcomes and guide decision making.

Deliver a premium, confidential, relationship‑driven experience for senior candidates.

Maintain consistent, high‑touch communication throughout the search lifecycle.

Handle sensitive leadership hiring conversations with discretion and professionalism.

Build and maintain long‑term talent relationships within construction, engineering, and trades‑adjacent industries.

Stay current on executive compensation trends, organizational shifts, competitive activity, and industry evolutions.

Represent Rosendin at key conferences, industry events, and executive networking engagements (up to 30% travel).

Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant recordkeeping of executive searches and candidates within the ATS.

Maintain alignment with enterprise TA policies, equitable hiring practices, and all compliance requirements.

Partner closely with Compensation, HRBPs, Legal, and the Senior Director of TA to ensure seamless hiring execution.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

10+ years

of progressive full‑cycle recruiting experience, including

5+ years

of executive/leadership search experience.

Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, skilled trades, utilities, or major operational organizations.

Demonstrated success placing VP‑Director level roles in complex or high‑growth environments.

Exceptional influence, executive presence, and stakeholder partnership skills.

Strong competency in executive assessment, market navigation, and strategic search execution.

Ability to build deep, long‑lasting relationships with senior talent.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and consultative skills.

Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies.

Ability to travel up to 30% for relationship development and industry engagement.

Preferred: Experience recruiting within electrical construction (highly preferred).

Experience building or scaling an executive recruiting function.

Deep familiarity with leadership‑level compensation structures and offer negotiations.

Experience partnering with or overseeing engagements with retained search firms.

WORKING CONDITIONS

General work environment: sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.

Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

Pay Range
$147,200.00 - $193,200.00 Annual

The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job‑related experience, skills, and education.
