Job Summary

The Investor Relations Coordinator supports the Investor Relations (IR) team in managing communications, coordinating investor activities, and maintaining accurate investor data. This role is highly detail-oriented and administrative in nature, ensuring smooth execution of IR processes, investor outreach, and reporting. The Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Investor Relations Support & Execution
Manage day-to-day IR operations, including investor inquiries, meeting coordination, and communication workflows
Assist in preparing and distributing investor communications such as earnings releases, presentations, and newsletters
Respond to routine investor inquiries or route them to appropriate team members
Maintain consistency and professionalism in all external communications
Maintain investor databases, CRM systems, and shareholder records
Track investor interactions, meeting notes, and feedback
Support preparation of reports on investor activity, ownership, and engagement metrics
Maintain organized records of past communications, reports, and filings
Ensure materials are updated, accurate, and accessible
Assist with regulatory filings and ensure proper documentation practices
Follow internal controls and confidentiality protocols
Support process improvements and documentation of IR procedures
Supervisory Responsibilities

This role will not have any supervisory responsibilities
Required Skills / Abilities

Ability and comfort working well under pressure and shifting between projects quickly.
Strong understanding of financial statements and capital markets
Excellent organizational and project management skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and IR/CRM tools
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Must be legally authorized to work in the hiring country (United States or Canada).
Education and Experience

Experience in a public company environment
Familiarity with SEC reporting and disclosure requirements
Experience with investor targeting and analytics platforms
Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This position is required to be performed in the corporate office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers/scanners.
Physical Requirements

Sedentary work that primarily involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
Communicating with others to exchange information.
Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at a time.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, exempt position and hours of work and days of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional work on Saturday’s and Sunday’s may also be required.
Travel

Some travel may occasionally be required.
