Job Summary The Cultivation Agent maintains on‑site cultivation in one or more medical cannabis gardens. Duties include monitoring plant production and health, performing day‑to‑day care (watering, pruning, harvesting, trimming), maintaining quality‑control measures, and keeping the production area organized, clean, and efficient.

Core Job Duties

Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, and performing other tasks as per Cresco Labs policy.

Move plants and soil/coco in an orderly, time‑efficient manner.

Transplant smaller plants into larger pots.

Harvest plants efficiently and buck wet or dry plants after harvest.

Facility Cleaning

Perform all tasks required to maintain a clean and safe cultivation facility, including safe disposal of waste.

Keep cultivation equipment and tools—light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, ventilation equipment—clean and in good working order.

Reports and Documentation

Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring accurate documentation of all plant‑tracking numbers, lot numbers, and other applicable information.

Required Experience, Education and Skills

Experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption, or a combination of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the above duties.

Effective time‑management skills and the ability to multi‑task.

Ability to perform duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing, and challenging environment.

Work around plant material, potentially exposing to pollen or dust.

Ability to sit, stand, kneel, or perform repetitive actions with hands for long periods.

Ability to lift up to 50 lb to torso level.

Additional Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must comply with all legal and company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Pay Range $21 – $21 USD per hour (estimated range)
