Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships

to join our Brand Partnerships team based in NYC. This role will focus on the post-sale project management and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for key advertisers, spanning everything from in-person live events, branded integrations within popular podcasts, on-platform custom content, music experiences and more. This role will continuously be exposed to new & exciting opportunities across our various platforms, with event sponsorships and podcast branded content as a key area of focus. Key podcast partners include: Unwell/Call Her Daddy, Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend, The Mel Robbins Podcast, It’s Me Tinx, Smartless, Nikki & Brie, Fantasy Footballers and more! This individual will lead every aspect of program execution for some of our most complex and high-profile advertiser programs from kick-off, to creative development, to launch. You will be responsible for keeping all internal and external stakeholders on‑track and on‑time with their tasks and deliverables; including Sales, Production, Talent Relations, Legal and external Client & Agency partners. You will also support the sales team by providing white‑glove client service throughout the duration of the campaign.
Collaboration is the foundation of our workforce, and we’re looking for strategic individuals who are self‑motivated problem solvers. As the lead conductor of these programs, you will be responsible for the flawless execution of innovative programming and experiences that not only meet brand objectives but are equally loved by consumers. This role will be expected to independently identify risks and opportunities, lead difficult conversations with clients and partners, and propose solutions that balance client goals, internal capacity, and long‑term program health.
What You’ll Do

Lead day‑to‑day account management as the primary point of contact for custom integrated client programs (experiential, podcasts, and digital) both internally and externally with clients
Effectively manage cross‑functional teams, balancing differing priorities/opinions and using critical thinking to navigate and move a project forward
Serve as the organization’s subject‑matter expert for integrated client program design and activation across experiential, podcast, and digital channels, translating business goals into scalable delivery models
Own the integrated program operating model (intake, feasibility, governance, roles/RACI, QA standards, and escalation paths) to improve repeatability, speed‑to‑market, and client outcomes across the portfolio
Lead the most complex, high‑stakes, and ambiguous client programs—balancing revenue impact, brand risk, partner constraints, legal/compliance considerations, and operational feasibility—while evaluating intangible tradeoffs to drive the right decision
Create and maintain formal cross‑functional networks and cadences (e.g., program councils, launch readiness reviews, post‑mortems) to align stakeholders, surface risks early, and ensure coordinated execution at scale
Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for integrated programs; synthesize insights across multiple programs to recommend improvements to packaging, process, and go‑forward strategy
Keep track of program development and communicate to all stakeholders to ensure visibility throughout the program lifecycle during the execution & launch phase
Oversee and manage program activation plans, timelines and implementation from start to finish
Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with all internal departments to ensure best‑in‑class work and output for our clients
Manage partners and other resources to ensure proper coordination of all program components and logistics
Troubleshoot conflicts in terms of priorities and tasks, resources and/or requirements
Commit to producing the highest standard of work for clients while balancing SiriusXM internal priorities
Travel when required - we produce projects and events across the country and as a result, up to 20% travel should be expected
Mentor and upskill account and project teams through coaching, playbooks, and best‑practice sharing; lead through influence without direct people management
Represent integrated program delivery in senior stakeholder forums; influence roadmap dependencies, resourcing decisions, and launch criteria to protect client outcomes and operational excellence
What You’ll Need

BA or BS degree with a minimum of 7+ years of Project Management and/or Account Management experience in the digital advertising industry, working on integrated experiential and digital co‑branded content campaigns
Podcast experience a plus
Extensive experience managing complex cross‑platform marketing/advertising programs with the ability to operate strategically while remaining deeply connected to execution from concept through launch
Exceptional organizational and project management experience with a proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives, anticipate risks and course‑correct in real time
Demonstrated success owning senior‑level client relationships, including retention, growth, expectation‑setting, and navigating challenging conversations when needed
Strong judgment and confidence to provide thoughtful pushback, set boundaries, and advocate for the right solution for both the client and internal teams
Ability to identify trends across programs and proactively flag insights with clear, actionable recommendations
Highly independent with previous experience working with experiential teams, creative partners, activation teams, podcast hosts, and/or social influencer agencies
Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, align, and lead cross‑functional partners across multiple offices and regions
Comfort operating as a steady point of leadership on first‑to‑market or highly customized programs
Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and ‘white glove service’
Strong presence in client‑facing situations, including developing materials, leading presentations, and representing the team in high‑stakes conversations
Solid understanding of social media tools and digital media platforms
Professional, problem‑solving attitude and strong leadership skills
Love of music, podcasts & pop culture
