
Indirect RV/Marine Relationship Manager

Responsibilities
Executes sales and business development strategies that drive business results. Sells indirect auto lending products, and identifies and initiates cross-sell opportunities in the best interest of the customer.
Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
Recommends new products and services that satisfy customer needs.
Influences and negotiates to achieve business objectives.
Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.
Assists in the development of strategic plans.
Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Participates and acts as a subject matter expert on projects.
Helps determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of business/group strategy.
Builds productive relationships with other BMO businesses to encourage an atmosphere of collaboration.
Coordinates marketing initiatives to integrate marketing programs and business development efforts.
Provides input into the planning and implementation of operational programs.
Understands risks and takes appropriate actions as they relate to auto, marine, and recreational financing, including all documentation, and any other requirements to maintain operational integrity.
Maintains a customer focused discipline in all activities to drive business results.
Builds profitable relationships with dealers and customers.
Fosters a customer service environment to meet and exceed customer needs and expectations.
Participates in projects and other activities designed to improve the customer experience.
Acts in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements that include, but are not limited to, Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Reporting requirements, FCAC consumer provision requirements, and Privacy Act provisions in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.
Monitors and tracks performance and addresses any issues.
Adheres to business banking lending processes, policies, procedures, legal, regulatory, audit, and ethical requirements.
Liaises between clients and various departments across the organization to discuss issues and procedures and provide product support and expertise.
Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
Ensures alignment between stakeholders.
Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.
Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.
Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications
Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
In-depth knowledge of indirect auto lending product offerings, pricing, dealer trends, and competitive marketplace.
Expert knowledge of indirect auto lending regulatory requirements and underwriting guidelines.
In-depth credit knowledge and skills.
Working knowledge of portfolio management.
Customer pipeline management experience - required.
Leadership skills and customer service orientation.
In-depth customer service skills.
Solid change management experience.
In-depth experience reading and analyzing production reports.
Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.

Compensation $81,400.00 - $151,800.00
