Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Insurance experience is not required, but increased pay is available for prior experience and licensing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Will need to obtain insurance license if not already licensed. Benefits: Full-time, in-person role Base salary is based on experience and ranges from $40k - $60k per year Bonuses, commissions, and performance incentives for a potential total pay of $50k-$70k per year Vacation and holiday pay Health insurance pay included
