Penney - - Responsibilities: Observes activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity and collects investigative evidence; Follows AP Directives and Company policy when making apprehensions and documents all stages of investigation; Conducts external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft in accordance with local laws; Reports suspected fraud and policy infractions to Asset Protection and Store leadership and maintains records; Travels to stores as necessary and supports incident investigations and safety initiatives
