Job Summary
The Events/SALES Consultant is responsible for selling event packages and creating memorable experiences for birthday parties, corporate events, and other group gatherings. The role requires prospecting local organizations, attending community events, and managing phone and computer communications with a genuine passion for delivering a guest‑focused experience.
Responsibilities
Sell event packages for birthday parties, corporate events, and other group gatherings.
Design customized combinations of food, drinks, and attractions for guests.
Prospect and engage local organizations through outbound outreach and community events.
Respond to leads in a timely fashion, typically the next business day.
Book sales three months in advance to ensure capacity planning.
Collaborate with the Park Team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Maintain a safe, sanitary, and secure environment for all events.
Qualifications
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong phone and computer proficiency.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
Outgoing, personable, and able to build relationships quickly.
Self‑motivated and eager to learn new sales skills.
Goal‑oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Operational flexibility: able to work Saturday, Sunday, and evenings.
Business casual attire required.
Working Environment
Family entertainment setting with attractions, foods, and special events.
Business‑casual dress code.
Availability for weekends and evening shifts.
