We are seeking a Digital Content Coordinator to support the Massachusetts Lottery account. This role will contribute significantly to managing, optimizing, and publishing digital content on the Massachusetts Lottery’s website, mobile app, and retailer portal every day. The ideal candidate is diligent, collaborative, confident with CMS platforms, and thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. What You'll Do
Build, edit, and publish digital content across the Massachusetts Lottery website and mobile app, using the CMS platform.
Support timely execution of iLottery promotional launches, game releases, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen updates.
Own content scheduling and publishing calendars aligned to marketing and product initiatives.
Conduct QA testing across devices and browsers to validate accuracy, functionality, and rendering.
Assist in configuring and deploying personalized content and dynamic experiences within Bloomreach.
Support setup of web layers, targeted banners, and segmented content experiences.
Maintain templates, snippets, and reusable assets to improve efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to monitor performance and recommend optimizations.
Serve as a key liaison between Aristocrat Interactive, Massachusetts Lottery collaborators, and development partners.
Document updates, workflows, and change requests to ensure transparency and operational continuity.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
2+ years of experience managing digital content within a web content management system.
Experience working with enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore or similar preferred).
Familiarity with Bloomreach Engagement or other personalization platforms is a strong plus.
Working knowledge of web publishing standards, accessibility (WCAG), and digital QA processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent updates and campaigns.
Comfortable collaborating with marketing, product, creative, analytics, and development teams.
Outstanding attention to detail in a regulated, rule-focused environment.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Self-starter approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Pay Range $59,764 - $110,991 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
