About the Role Adobe Customer Solutions is seeking a Senior Adoption Digital Strategist (L4) with deep expertise in AI transformation and Operating Models to lead organizational readiness, and sustained value realization for enterprise customers.
This role focuses on ensuring AI-powered capabilities are successfully embedded into how organizations operate, make decisions, and deliver value. The Senior Adoption Digital Strategist partners closely with executive stakeholders, delivery teams, and cross‑functional customer groups to align people, process, and technology in support of large‑scale AI‑enabled transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting mindset, hands‑on change leadership experience, and a practical understanding of how AI impacts operating models, decision‑making, workflows, and workforce capabilities.
What You’ll Do Lead AI Adoption & Change Strategy
Design and execute comprehensive op models and change strategies using Prosci ADKAR, aligned to AI‑enabled transformation initiatives based on AI Human Hybrid Operating Models
Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness diagnostics related to AI adoption for Op models
Translate AI strategy and vision into actionable adoption plans across roles, workflows, governance, and decision rights leading to bespoke Op models
Enable AI Transformation
Lead adoption initiatives focused on the introduction of AI‑driven capabilities such as AI agents, Agentic AI automation, personalization, intelligent insights, and decision support
Support customers in integrating AI into existing business and marketing workflows in responsible, scalable ways
Apply adoption strategies in the context of Adobe AI‑powered solutions, including Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Firefly
Drive Organizational Readiness
Assess current‑state and future‑state operating models impacted by AI adoption and be focused on process flow diagrams
Identify role changes, skill shifts, and capability gaps required to enable AI‑driven ways of working
Partner with solution and delivery teams to ensure adoption considerations are embedded throughout AI program design and execution
Engage and Influence Executives
Lead executive workshops, visioning sessions, and alignment discussions focused on AI strategy, adoption, and risk
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Marketing, Digital, IT, Data, and Operations
Communicate AI adoption progress, risks, and outcomes through clear, executive‑ready storytelling
Measure Adoption & Value
Define and track adoption KPIs tied to AI usage, behavior change, and business outcomes
Use qualitative and quantitative feedback to refine adoption strategies and accelerate AI uptake
Support customers in realizing and sustaining measurable value from AI investments
Support Sustained Adoption
Design reinforcement strategies to ensure long‑term AI adoption post go‑live
Partner with Adobe Digital Learning Services to align training to AI‑enabled workflows and evolving roles
Mentor strategists and contribute to delivery excellence across AI‑focused engagements
What You Bring Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in change management, Op model/Org Design, digital transformation roles within management consulting utilization based experience.
Active Prosci ADKAR certification
Proven experience supporting or leading AI transformation initiatives, including workflow change, role evolution, or capability enablement
Strong familiarity with AI‑powered platforms and solutions, ideally within marketing, customer experience, or enterprise contexts
Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create executive‑ready PowerPoint narratives
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
