Job Description ServiceNow is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate meetings that convert to qualified opportunities to support early-stage pipeline growth. The role focuses on core prospecting and outreach techniques to engage buying group members and develop foundational knowledge of ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
Engages current and future clients through phone, email, and social channels.
Applies basic problem-solving techniques to assess client needs.
Collaborates with the Global Business Acceleration (GBA) management team, Development team, and GTM team(s).
Amplifies brand-approved generated content.
Documents all engagement and follow-up activities in ServiceNow systems.
Participates in development simulations and in-person competitions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
High motivation, curiosity, and openness to coaching and feedback.
Resilient work ethic; reliable, confident, collaborative, driven, and coachable.
Willingness to learn AI-native tools.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Ability to influence others and convey a sense of urgency.
Basic understanding of cloud computing and SaaS concepts.
Interest in building customer relationships and contributing to the early-stage pipeline.
Commitment to full participation in Global Business Acceleration development tracks.
