Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Commercial Relationship Manager for one of our valued clients.
Position Summary The Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, growing a profitable portfolio, and delivering tailored financial solutions. This role focuses on business development, credit analysis, and portfolio management while ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
What’s a Typical Day Like?
Build new and expand existing client relationships through proactive business development and consultative sales.
Grow and manage a profitable portfolio of loans and deposits to meet individual and market goals.
Analyze client financial data to understand needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
Evaluate creditworthiness by reviewing financial statements and related information.
Structure, underwrite, and manage loan requests in alignment with client needs and internal guidelines.
Negotiate terms of credit, including pricing, repayment structure, and collateral requirements.
Monitor portfolio performance, including credit quality, past dues, and compliance with agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting, processing, and leadership.
Participate in community and professional organizations to build relationships and promote services.
Support company initiatives, marketing efforts, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
10+ years of experience in relationship management or commercial financial services
Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
Experience with credit analysis, underwriting, and financial statement review
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Experience
Background in capital markets or middle market clients ($75MM+ revenue)
Experience with structured finance, asset-based lending (ABL), ESOPs, or syndicated transactions
