Responsibilities
Conduct research on client requirements and standards.
Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing field data.
Contribute to ideas for process improvement.
Coordinate with engineering disciplines on technical details.
Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field of study.
Demonstrated experience in condition assessment through applied coursework, internships, or other work experiences.
Proficiency in software such as SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients on various projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to building types such as transportation, education, commercial, industrial, and government projects.
Familiarity with using data collection tools in the field.
Compensation The salary range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00 per hour. Salary dependent on completed years of education, relevant experience, and geographic location.
Location & Employment Location: New York, NY
Core Business Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Status: Hourly (30-40 hours per week)
