HomeView of West Des Moines is looking for a Call Center Representative to join our winning team. Join a group of professionals, earn competitive income, and make a positive impact by helping homeowners improve their homes.
General Purpose Strong customer service skills are a must. You will contact homeowners by phone, set up qualified appointments for free consultations, input lead information, update reports, and handle inbound calls from advertisements.
Responsibilities
Deliver scripted pitches to homeowners
Adjust messaging based on customer needs
Handle questions and overcome objections
Collect and verify homeowner information (name, address, phone, etc.)
Schedule and confirm appointments
Input and manage appointment details in the system
Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads
Coordinate appointments for sales representatives
Conduct quality control calls
Answer inbound calls from marketing campaigns
Follow up with homeowners after initial contact
Update lead reports and tracking systems
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in telemarketing, sales, marketing, or call center roles preferred
Understanding of sales and marketing principles
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate CRM systems
Product knowledge will be provided through training
