They are looking to add a Freelance Women’s Dress Designer to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate

$30/hr - $32/hr Position Overview

We are seeking a Freelance Women’s Dress Designer to support a high-volume design team on a short-term assignment. This role will focus on creating trend-forward dress designs while supporting the development process through detailed sketches and technical packages. The ideal candidate is both creative and technically proficient, with the ability to execute quickly in a deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities

Design and develop women’s dresses from concept through development Create trend-driven, commercially viable designs aligned with brand direction Produce detailed CADs, technical sketches, and design specifications Assist in building and updating tech packs within PLM systems Partner with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, production, and technical design Ensure consistency and accuracy throughout the product development lifecycle Manage multiple priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment Required Experience/Skills

3‑4+ years of experience in women’s apparel design (dresses preferred) Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Experience working with Excel and PLM systems Solid understanding of garment construction and product development processes Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Experience/Skills

Prior experience designing women’s dresses in a fast-paced environment Ability to balance trend and commerciality Experience supporting high-volume design teams Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred Benefits
