Technical Sales (Electrical / Mechanical) Japanese Bilingual
A well-established manufacturer specializing in electronic measuring instruments and power supply systems is hiring a Technical Sales Representative.
With a strong reputation in Japan and internationally, the company's U.S. subsidiary supports customers across North America with advanced solutions in measurement and power electronics.
This role focuses on customer engagement and technical coordination. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively to solve technical challenges!
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound quotation requests and prepare detailed proposals
Serve as the first point of contact for new customer and distributor inquiries
Identify and clarify customer technical challenges, collaborating closely with local engineering teams to deliver appropriate solutions
Primarily function as an inside sales representative, supporting customers through virtual meetings and online communications
Facilitate web-based meetings and coordinate communication between customers and technical staff
Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Bilingual Japanese/English required
Background in electrical or mechanical engineering
Experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles is a plus!
Strong teamwork and positive attitude
Work Hours and Location:
MondayFriday (8:30 AM5:30 PM)
Torrance, CA 90503
Compensation: $85,000-$90,000/year (depending on experience)
