Member Service Advisor I
We are seeking a Member Service Advisor to assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, including teller transactions, setting up new accounts, account maintenance and promoting products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
Opening and closing accounts, and account maintenance.
Providing excellent member service and resolving inquiries.
Promoting products and services to meet member needs.
Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; High School Internships also available.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Monday Friday 8:00 AM 6:00 PM.
Saturday Hours 8:00 AM 12:00 PM.
Part Time Employees have a 2025 hour work week within the hours listed above.
