What You’ll Do

Assist in leading assigned strategic and key accounts, providing ongoing client support and relationship management.

Conduct research to identify potential solutions for strategic accounts.

Support local and regional sales efforts, promotions, and campaign initiatives.

Prepare accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and product demonstrations using Aristocrat’s point-of-sale and presentation tools.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Aristocrat products and solutions; effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.

Track and report on sales activities, forecast updates, and pipeline developments with accuracy and timeliness.

Coordinate cross-functional support for account activities, including product, finance, and marketing teams.

Monitor client happiness and expectations through regular communications and feedback loops.

Participate in payment collections and help implement appropriate follow-up strategies.

Maintain Aristocrat’s high-performance, world-class brand image in every customer and internal interaction.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of sales experience in gaming or a similar field.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Technical knowledge sufficient to demonstrate the company’s games and systems products to customers and respond effectively to customers’ questions.

Strong interpersonal and social skills.

Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.

Creative, innovative, analytical, and forward-thinking abilities.

Project leadership and team participation skills.

Professional image and appearance.

Diligent and organized.

Self-motivated.

Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.

Must be willing to travel up to 50%.

Travel Expectations Up to 50%.

Pay Range $75,000 - $110,000 per year. Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
