Pay $18-$20/hr
Job Overview We are looking for a polished and professional candidate who can provide a top‑notch customer experience. As a Product Specialist, you will be an important member of our sales team, supporting the sales team and coordinating sales‑related activities to help achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
Assist salespeople with moving vehicle schedule for delivery to and from the prep department.
Ensure all models are displayed on the showroom floor as directed by Sales Management.
Effectively and efficiently perform detailed customer education and delivery on all models.
Ensure that the vehicle has met all pre‑delivery checklist requirements.
Assess customer knowledge and priorities to personalize the delivery experience for each customer.
Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies, focusing on customer comfort and retention.
Follow up with customers within one to two weeks after delivery to answer questions or conduct a second delivery to teach additional feature operations.
Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues.
Direct customers to additional information resources.
Conduct owner clinics on a consistent basis (e.g., new owner clinics, franchise infotainment how‑to workshop).
Efficiently and effectively train team members on key vehicle technologies.
Train the sales and service staff on key technologies and how to best explain and demonstrate them to a customer.
Effectively assist the Sales Department in vehicle tracking.
Qualifications
Previous dealership experience, preferred but not required.
Outgoing personality.
Polished and professional.
Ability to provide an engaging product demonstration.
Technologically savvy.
Detail‑oriented and organized.
Customer‑focused.
Strong communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
