We're looking for an experienced field marketing professional to lead field marketing for our Workspace Security portfolio. You will work across our industry‑leading portfolio of Workspace Security products to drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline. You will work closely with our corporate field marketing, marketing operations, sales, and sales engineering teams to build quantifiable demand across the entire customer journey and drive world‑class execution. You will build a close partnership with our corporate field marketing team to drive field events and partner programs across all theaters as well as lead execution as needed. You will collaborate with sales leaders to support account targeting activities and opportunity progression. This professional is a subject‑matter expert and has outstanding leadership skills to inspire cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead field marketing planning and execution for AMER, EMEA, and APAC
Partner closely with corporate field marketing team to drive campaign setup, logistics, and execution, while managing hands‑on activation for targeted activities
Collaborate with AMER and EMEA sales leaders to understand business priorities, account needs, and opportunity progression
Support both direct and partner‑led field marketing activities
Contribute to integrated campaign planning with demand generation, marketing operations, and product marketing
Ensure budget planning and Marketo campaign setup are accurate
Partner closely with SDR organization on campaign calendar and MQL follow‑up
Align reporting with marketing operations on program performance, conversion rates, and forecasting
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in field marketing in enterprise SaaS; cybersecurity experience is a plus but not required
BA/BS in business or a quantitative discipline
Exceptional knowledge of field marketing strategies and tactics across both direct and partner‑led motions
Demonstrable experience partnering with sales and partner leaders to understand business needs and to prioritize opportunities
Experience with account‑based targeting and account‑based marketing
Strong expertise in AMER theater; EMEA and APAC nice to have
Outstanding attention to detail around budgets, campaign setup, and execution
Comfortable working with Marketo and Salesforce
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
Preferably based out of Central or Eastern time zones due to close collaboration with AMER and EME teams
