Role Overview
The Assistant Marketing Manager will support the VP of Marketing in the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across North America. This role is instrumental in driving brand visibility and commercial performance across Retail, E-commerce, and Wholesale channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Operations
Support the development and execution of retail and wholesale marketing initiatives, including events, promotions, and strategic partnerships
Maintain and regularly update the seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring cross-functional alignment
Track departmental budgets and expenses with accuracy and timeliness
Advertising & Media
Coordinate and traffic print and digital advertising assets across internal and external partners
Traffic invoice processing in partnership with finance teams
Develop post-campaign recaps and presentations for both co-op and national advertising initiatives
Assist with influencer outreach and partnership coordination
Events & Brand Experience
Support the end-to-end execution of retail and wholesale events
Coordinate sample trafficking, shipping, and logistics for events and fashion presentations
Oversee invitation production and event materials in collaboration with creative teams in Switzerland
Track RSVPs, guest lists, and create post-event recaps
Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury, or retail
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
Demonstrates creativity, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership
