The Brand & Product Manager, Global will lead the development and execution of global innovation and growth initiatives, treating the brand portfolio as a dynamic product ecosystem. The role requires balancing long-term brand equity with the iterative, data‑driven pace of software product management, ensuring seamless execution of global plans through Agile principles and cross‑functional collaboration worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of short and long‑term global brand strategies using a roadmap–driven approach, partnering with regions to ensure feature sets meet local market needs while maintaining a unified global code/brand base.
Drive portions of the innovation process (Discovery, Alpha/Beta testing, GTM) in partnership with R&D and Supply Chain to ensure the pipeline is technically feasible and commercially viable.
Own the development of core assets for omnichannel deployment, ensuring the User Experience is consistent from physical packaging to digital storefronts.
Act as an expert in consumer understanding, using traditional CPG metrics and digital product analytics (conversion rates, engagement, retention) to deliver compelling propositions.
Enforce global brand identity guidelines as a Design System, protecting immutable core assets while allowing for scalable growth across markets.
Design best‑in‑class products that meet consumer hardware needs and financial targets by understanding the global supply chain and procurement landscape.
Required Experience / Qualifications
Education: Four‑year college degree; MBA or Product Management Certification preferred.
Experience: 6+ years in Brand Management and Software Product Management across B2C, B2B, or services.
Analytical Rigor: Ability to diagnose performance using ACNielsen / IRI / NPD and proficiency in Product Analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
Methodology: Proven experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environments to drive product development.
Consumer Insights: Demonstrated ability to leverage primary research and user testing to drive brand sales and feature prioritization.
Omnichannel Growth: Proven track record of driving growth across diverse sales channels, including e‑commerce and traditional retail, ideally internationally.
