Role Overview The Vertical Formats & Social Media Brand Creative sits within the short‑form and social content team, focused on brand integrations and internal marketing across non‑main‑channel surfaces. This includes platforms such as Shorts, Reels, TikTok, X/Twitter, Instagram, and emerging short‑form channels.

This role exists to ensure that brand content is created specifically for each platform, not repurposed from main channel content. It serves as the core creative function for brand integrations across social, translating partnerships and internal marketing needs into content that aligns with how audiences consume each platform.

The Role This role owns the development and execution of brand creative across short‑form and social channels. It is responsible for ensuring that brand integrations are designed for platform‑native performance and align with both partner objectives and audience expectations.

The role operates at the intersection of brand partnerships, social content, and internal marketing. It partners closely with social leadership and brand partnerships to ensure cohesive campaigns across surfaces while maintaining platform‑specific creative quality.

What You’ll Do

Develop brand integration concepts tailored to short‑form and social platforms based on platform behavior, trends, and audience expectations

Translate main channel brand narratives into platform‑native creative rather than repurposed content

Own creative development for brand‑related social content including campaign launches, announcements, and partner amplification

Create content supporting internal marketing initiatives such as product launches, talent announcements, and company milestones

Ensure brand consistency across social content, reinforcing visual and tonal alignment

Partner with Brand Partnerships to align campaigns across main channel and social surfaces

Coordinate with social and creative leads on content calendars to integrate brand content into publishing workflows

Manage and maintain social‑specific brand asset libraries including logos, guidelines, and approved creative

Track performance of brand content across platforms and report on effectiveness

Use performance data to iterate and improve creative approaches within campaign cycles

What You’ll Bring

3–5+ years of experience in social media creative, short‑form content production, or digital brand marketing

Experience at a creator‑led media company, social‑first agency, or platform preferred

Strong understanding of short‑form content mechanics across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and X

Ability to identify and apply relevant trends while maintaining brand alignment

Strong visual and copywriting skills with the ability to concept and produce content end‑to‑end

Demonstrated experience creating branded social content that drives measurable engagement

Familiarity with social analytics tools and ability to translate performance into creative decisions

Ability to collaborate within an established team structure and contribute without disrupting workflows
