
Casino Marketing Coordinator

Overview
It is the responsibility of the Casino Marketing Coordinator to follow and carry out the requests of the Casino Host/Player Development Executive to create a memorable trip for our casino guests. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
Responsibilities
Process hotel, limo, show, cabana, golf, restaurant, amenity, etc reservations.
Update and send daily limo, room food beverage/room food limited, and VIP reports.
Post outside show charges onto guests folios.
Assist Casino Host/Player Development Executive via email and phone throughout the day with various requests for casino guests.
Interact with various departments Box Office, VIP, Room Service, etc.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
Qualifications
Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills, accurate typist, ability to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate.
Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required; phone experience preferred.
Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
Minimum age requirement is 21.
Business/Hotel bachelor degree preferred.
Customer service, hotel, and phone experience preferred.
Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities.
Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures.
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
Must be able to complete standard forms and reports.
