Marketing Manager – Cape Cod (Compass)
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the local marketing team in the Cape Cod market and drive a local brand strategy and agent marketing services strategy, working closely with the New England Marketing team and Compass corporate marketing department.
Responsibilities
Lead the local marketing team that handles all local marketing needs for agents on Cape Cod, the Islands, and surrounding coastal areas.
Lead strategy and execution for all agent branding and marketing to ensure cohesion with the Compass brand.
Analyze local media landscape and develop local media strategy (print and digital) in partnership with Senior Marketing Manager.
Partner with regional creative team across all platforms, including print and digital design, advertising campaigns, video content, and social media.
Analyze local marketing needs and remain up-to-date on local real estate market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and the competitive landscape to inform the evolution of Compass Cape Cod’s marketing presence.
Work with other regional marketing managers on cross-regional marketing opportunities.
Partner with Senior Marketing Manager on regional brand strategy and implementation of best practices across the region.
Identify and guide opportunities for building scalable systems that will allow local offices to grow effectively.
Update and track marketing KPIs across internal dashboards, utilizing data to optimize the local and regional marketing team’s performance.
Qualifications
Collaborative, results-oriented leadership experience and approach.
7+ years of experience in a marketing or branding role; agency and creative production experience preferred.
3+ years of management experience leading cross-functional teams; change management experience a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with acute attention to detail.
Expert-level understanding of marketing strategy and planning with the ability to identify tactics across multiple marketing channels (print, digital, social, content, direct mail, video, paid media, etc).
Ability to establish credibility with key decision-makers and influencers.
Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills and ability to build and manage relationships.
Great listening skills, connect well with others, and empathetic of stakeholders’ and customers’ pain points.
Adept project manager; impeccable time management and prioritization skills.
Experience working in real estate marketing is a plus.
Experience working in Adobe Suite and Workfront is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position is $99,300–$110,300. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided, as well as a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage will always be met.
