Job Summary
We are looking for a Gutter/Downspout installer to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a professional team of gutter, downspout and gutter guard installers, working on residential houses. Looking for a hard‑working, team player, and someone dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Past experience as a gutter installer is preferred and valued. Otherwise siding/roofing experience is helpful. Work season picks up in March once weather improves and runs through December 23rd. Christmas Bonus paid by mid December. Holiday break from 12/24 through 1/3.
Responsibilities
Meet at Waukesha shop location at 7:30 am Monday through Friday.
Unload and load work trucks each morning of the necessary materials.
Travel from shop location to jobsite each morning.
Set up ladders and planks to provide safe access to eaves for gutter installation.
Perform full house installations with new aluminum gutters and downspouts. Often also with new gutter guards.
Interact professionally with customers and effectively communicate about the scope and status of work.
Qualifications
Past experience in the exterior home improvement field, preferably gutters or siding.
Experience with the use of hand‑held and power tools.
Experience working with tin snips and sheet metal is beneficial.
Must be able to climb ladders and work off walk planks.
