Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Walnut Creek, CA for a Screen Printer at Courtsmith. The Screen Printer will be responsible for managing the screen printing process, from preparing screens and setting up printing equipment to ensuring quality prints on uniforms and sports apparel. The role also includes producing high-quality products, routine equipment maintenance, and assisting with embroidery and other production tasks as needed. Attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork will be critical to the success of the role.
Qualifications
Experience in Screen Printing, Print Production, and operating printing equipment
Proficiency in understanding of color matching and layout techniques
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Physical ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift equipment/materials as needed
Familiarity with quality control processes in a production setting
Reliable, self-motivated, and a solid team player Previous experience in the textile printing industry is preferred
