Base salary + Unlimited Commission Compensation: $52,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Paid holidays and minimum 10 days of paid time off Phone & Car stipend Responsibilities
Maintain and expand existing customer relationships Educate customers about how Surface Experts can help them Enjoy working with customers and team members Revisit customers with quality control follow‑ups to validate level of satisfaction Earn the trust of customers Work within a sales team and process Memorize a sales script and train with role‑playing practice Document sales activities in CRM from lead to work order Report accurately and daily Visit apartment communities, hotels, and job sites throughout the day Meet with property managers, leasing teams, maintenance supervisors, and facilities staff Walk units and common areas to identify surface repair opportunities Introduce Surface Experts services and book repair work Manage daily route and schedule independently Log activity, notes, and follow‑ups in our system Typical days include 10–15 on‑site visits This is an outside, field‑based role; you will not be sitting behind a desk Qualifications
Goal‑oriented, self‑starter, and energetic Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record Professional, caring, and service‑mindful Readiness to work with a metrics‑based, process‑driven sales team Outgoing, people‑oriented, energetic personality Good communicator and can work well as part of a small, close team Reliable, punctual, communicate with the team, ask for help when needed, and prove that we can trust and count on you Preferred Skills
Previous sales job helpful, but not required General working knowledge of multi‑family properties (apartment complexes) and/or construction industry helpful but not required Experience using CRM tool and process helpful but not required Experience working in base + commission environment helpful but not required Ideal for early‑career individuals who enjoy being out in the field, meeting people in person, and building relationships; no formal sales experience required Who You’ll Work With
