What You’ll Handle:
Manage air and ocean imports from pre-alert to POD Coordinate customs clearance and documentation Arrange deliveries with trucking partners Work directly with customers on ETA changes and issues Resolve exceptions before they become complaints Maintain accurate billing and file closure What They Need:
