on behalf of our client in Columbia, SC. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity within a business office environment, supporting patients with billing-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls through a call queue
Assist patients with billing questions and account explanations
Collect payments and set up payment arrangements
Review patient accounts to explain charges and insurance details
Escalate or route complex issues to the appropriate department
Provide courteous, professional service on every interaction
