Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Solutions (Entry Level)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our growth in IT solutions and services. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates with strong client relationship or customer-facing experience, and an interest in building a career in technology sales.

The candidate will work closely with senior sales and technical teams to manage client interactions, identify opportunities, and gradually develop into a full-cycle sales professional.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Support business development efforts through lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups.

Engage with clients to understand their business needs and coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions.

Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.

Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for the sales team.

Participate in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline updates in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth client experience.

Stay updated on basic IT solutions including Cloud, Data, AI, and Digital services.

Required Skills & Experience

0–2 years of experience in business development, client relations, customer success, or sales support.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships.

Interest in IT solutions / technology sales and willingness to learn.

Basic understanding of sales processes or client handling.

Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to IT services or technology-related roles is a plus.

Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, or lead generation tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
