Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Lead Generation Executive with 0–2 years of experience in a sales role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through webinars, marketing campaigns, and outbound sales activities to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns including webinars, email campaigns, and digital outreach.
Identify and qualify potential prospects through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
Coordinate and manage webinar registrations, follow-ups, and attendee engagement.
Work closely with the sales team to convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information and activity tracking.
Track campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports on lead generation effectiveness.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
Experience in managing webinars and marketing campaigns is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands‑on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong follow‑up and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales environment.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
