Photographer - Volunteer Position

Overview
The Leveling the Fields Photographer captures the energy, impact, and stories behind our programs and events. This role helps bring our mission to life through high-quality, authentic visuals used across marketing, fundraising, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Photograph after-school programs, special events, and key moments in action
Take professional headshots of volunteers, team members, and participants as needed
Edit and enhance photos (both your own and others provided) for consistency and quality
Organize and upload images to shared drives in a timely manner
Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure visuals align with brand and campaign needs
What We’re Looking For
Experience in photography (professional or strong hobbyist)
Proficiency in photo editing tools (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.)
Ability to capture candid, engaging moments—especially with kids and live action
Reliable, responsive, and able to meet quick turnaround needs
