We are looking for a strategic and highly creative Social Media Manager to join our Creative and Marketing team. In this role you will own all Clare V. owned social channels, managing the day‑to‑day operations, content production, and social calendar. This role has high visibility within the company, working closely with our Chief Brand Officer and Founder, Clare Vivier, to deliver branded content that extends Clare V.’s audience and builds loyalty and brand‑love among our cult following.

The ideal candidate is chronically online, most comfortable collaborating with creative teammates, has an intuition for brand, and views metrics as an accelerant to learning, growth, and ultimately driving business results.

This role reports to the Brand Manager and sits within the creative team.

Existing Channels & Content

Content creation and deployment on all Clare V. social media channels (IG, FB, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging channels), including both @shopclarev and @clarevivier. Including creating and editing video content

Schedule/Produce Weekly Le Cute Show & other IG lives as needed, managing samples as needed

Collaborate with cross‑functional partners on seasonal product knowledge content creation

Collaborate cross‑functionally and with senior leadership on content development, product launches, collabs, and more

Create and maintain Social Content Calendar, aligning with marketing campaigns, product launches and cultural moments

Answering DM’s/comments in collaboration with customer support team

Attend brand events and shoots, for content creation opportunities

Manage periodic sweeps, giveaways, and content partnerships, sourcing brand‑right partners to increase Clare V.’s audience size and engagement

New Channel Development

Identify and prioritize both time and financial resources to expand Clare V.’s audience, reaching new brand fans.

Analytics

Track and analyze organic social performance through weekly dashboard and quarterly reports in partnership with the VP of Marketing.

Leverage individual post performance to drive creative thinking and help identify content opportunities.

Requirements Experience

3+ Years of experience in social media marketing

Confident: You’re constantly seeking inspiration, daydreaming big ideas, and love pitching them. You like man‑on‑the‑street style interviewing and feel comfortable interacting with customers and brand fans.

Curious: You’re not satisfied with good performance, you want to understand why and like extracting and sharing learnings from both successes and failures.

Creative: You are an idea machine with a great eye. You love bringing humor into your work, and thrive in creative collaboration with peers and higher‑ups.

Skilled: Must be organized and have experience with Adobe Suite and video editing tools (premiere, capcut, etc).

Kind: You approach your work with enthusiasm but you take care to be a team player and like working in environments that prioritize thoughtful interaction.

Physical Requirements

Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods while working on a computer or editing content

Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, camera equipment, and mobile devices

Ability to communicate effectively in person, via video, and on phone calls

Ability to move throughout office, studio, and event environments for content capture and collaboration

Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds (e.g., samples, props, equipment)

Ability to travel locally and attend events, photoshoots, and activations as needed

Work Environment

This role requires 5 days per week in‑office at our Frogtown, Los Angeles studio

Work is performed in a creative studio and office environment with frequent collaboration

Regular attendance at photoshoots, events, and offsite activations will be required

Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed based on events, campaigns, or content needs
