Position Summary
This position is responsible for supporting Mohegan’s financial compliance, analysis, and investor‑related activities. The role coordinates the preparation of financial materials, assists with investor communications, and manages logistics for earnings calls, investor conferences, and related events. It gathers and synthesizes financial data, monitors markets, tracks competitors’ data, supports cross‑functional reporting requirements, and contributes analytical insights to strategic efforts. The position requires strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, accurate communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Supports investor communications efforts, including preparing presentations, Q&A materials, talking points, and briefing documents for leadership.
Support treasury function with various financial analyses, including liquidity forecasting, payment process automation, optimized intercompany funding structures, cashless gaming initiatives, and liability management strategies.
Maintains positive working relationships with external financial partners, including rating agencies, lenders, bondholders and other institutions, as appropriate.
Manages logistics for investor‑related activities, including scheduling, material preparation, document coordination, and follow‑up actions.
Coordinates participation in investor conferences, including registration, agenda planning, leadership prep, and post‑conference communication.
Supports earnings call preparation, including compiling financial highlights, drafting key messaging points, coordinating review with stakeholders, and managing related documentation.
Collaborates closely with accounting, FP&A, tax, legal, and strategic development teams to ensure coordinated financial operations.
Maintains awareness of industry trends and financial market developments to support leadership decision‑making and assist in refining financial messaging.
Coordinates closely with communications teams and executive leadership to ensure consistency of external messaging.
Supports finance due diligence and financial analysis for strategic development activities, as needed.
Reviews financial statements and other filings to support compliance with debt agreements and other enterprise obligations.
Minimum Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Four years of experience supporting investor relations activities, earnings calls, or investor conferences
Experience in a multi‑property or international business environment.
Experience preparing financial presentations, reports, or executive‑level materials.
Experience coordinating cross‑functional projects, timelines, or communications.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Competencies
Effective communication with external finance partners
Thorough understanding of all debt agreements, compliance requirements and restrictions
Thorough understanding of capital markets
Thorough understanding of financial modeling and ancillary analyses
Training Requirements
Knowledge of Mohegan corporate and department policies and procedures
Knowledge of financial software (Workday)
Knowledge of Bloomberg software

Office work environment
Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with strict deadlines
Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
