for a hybrid 12‑month contract in Westlake, TX. The role supports an HR‑focused change management function, partnering with strategy and program leaders to translate complex initiatives into clear, engaging visual communications across the business.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR change and program leaders to understand objectives and translate them into clear, audience‑appropriate communications.
Design high‑impact visual materials, including PowerPoint presentations and digital content, to support launches, leadership updates, and enterprise‑wide initiatives.
Develop and manage communication campaigns that align messaging across multiple channels and stakeholder groups.
Build, maintain, and enhance SharePoint sites to ensure content is accessible, organized, and visually engaging.
Monitor communication effectiveness through metrics and feedback, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and clarity.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in communications, visual design, or presentation development supporting large‑scale initiatives.
Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint with hands‑on experience managing modern SharePoint sites.
Proven ability to distill complex or technical information into clear, compelling visual narratives.
Experience supporting change management, transformation, or HR‑related programs in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
Compensation Salary Range:
$72,000–$82,000 per year (USD)
