The Opportunity
The Senior Brand Manager, Niche will play a key role in accelerating the growth of our niche portfolio, supporting ambitious commercial results for the Christian Louboutin Beauty and Penhaligon’s brands. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping shape the North America market approach while delivering impactful, consumer‑centric activations.
In close partnership with the Senior Director and Global HQ in Europe, you will contribute to defining strategic priorities and lead day‑to‑day execution, translating global brand vision into locally relevant initiatives. You will support both immediate commercial performance and long‑term brand equity across brand strategy, 360 marketing, promotional planning, Advertising & Promotion investment, SKU and category performance, and post‑launch optimisation.

Strategy & Brand Leadership
Support the development and execution of omni‑channel marketing strategies that drive market share growth, unlock new revenue opportunities, and elevate the consumer experience across all touchpoints
Partner with the Senior Director to help shape brand strategy and priorities for the North American market
Lead the adaptation of global brand strategy for the North American market, ensuring strong local relevance and clear Reasons to Believe (RTBs)
Contribute to the annual brand calendar, helping prioritise investments across core icons and innovation
Support positioning, pricing, and storytelling frameworks informed by competitive and consumer analysis
Analyse performance across launches and ongoing business, identifying insights and recommending actions to optimise results
Develop and execute 360 campaigns in collaboration with cross‑functional teams to support market share, revenue, and brand objectives
Synthesize insights and contribute to strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders
Cross‑Functional Leadership
Partner closely with cross‑functional teams and Global HQ to ensure alignment and strong execution against business priorities
Collaborate with Consumer Marketing and Retail Marketing to support best‑in‑class execution of national media plans and retailer‑specific strategies
Work with Global teams on product development, brand content, and North America positioning to ensure local market success
Support alignment with Retail Marketing & Sales to drive consistency and effectiveness across key retail partners
Partner with Education, Demand Planning, and Operations teams to help ensure seamless launches and strong in‑store execution
Collaborate with Finance on budget tracking, forecasting, and optimisation to maximise return on investment
Support relationships with licensed brand partners and key retail stakeholders
Business Ownership & Commercial Planning
Support competitive intelligence efforts, contributing to ongoing market and industry analysis
Partner on annual category and brand planning, aligning innovation, assortment, and commercial priorities to drive growth
Contribute to pricing strategy in partnership with global and regional stakeholders
Support assortment optimisation efforts to improve productivity and profitability
Monitor ongoing performance, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending action plans
Contribute to innovation planning by identifying whitespace opportunities based on consumer insights and regional trends
Support P&L management, including tracking investment across Advertising & Promotion and trade
Partner with Operations on inventory management to help maintain healthy stock levels and minimise excess
Support initiatives to improve sell‑through and overall business efficiency
We’d love to meet you if you have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in beauty marketing or a similar role
Colour cosmetics experience required; niche fragrance experience strongly preferred
Experience working with licensed brands is a plus
Strong analytical and commercial mindset with experience translating insights into action
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and appreciation for protecting brand image, strategy, and execution
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organisational skills, follow‑through, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative, positive, and flexible approach with a team‑first mindset
Understanding of the N.A. luxury market and the behaviors that drive purchase and advocacy among prestige consumers
Compensation
As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000.00 – $130,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organisational structure.
